Grilled Pesto Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta

This recipe is a family favorite and only five ingredients. It makes the perfect weeknight meal and is ready in under 30! It's also one of my favorite summer meals. Light and so tasty!

Grilled Pesto Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta

Cal 255, Carbs 32, Fat 6.7, Fiber 2g, Protein 17

1 16oz. box bow tie pasta
1 tsp. garlic powder
16 oz. boneless skinless chicken
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup pesto sauce

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and lemon juice. Grill over medium high heat for 7-8 minutes or until juices run clear. Cut chicken into pieces and toss with pesto sauce and pasta. Enjoy!

  1. Yum! Costco here sells a fantastic basil pesto that I bet would be great with this recipe, but we'll have to settle for the gluten-free penne instead of the bows! Looks delish!

  2. I love a Bow Tie Pasta and this recipe looks awesome! Thanks so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday this week. Hope you are having a great day and come back to see us real soon!
