Three Cheese Rotini Bake

There is nothing like a hot comforting bowl of pasta to warm you up on a cold winter (um..I mean fall) night! Although it certainly feels more like winter around here than fall, that's for sure. We are getting blasted with a cold snap this week. Highs in the 30's. What? Ugh. Anyway, this Three Cheese Rotini Bake is a pasta lovers dream. Made with three cheeses and I also used meat to please my meat loving hubby. It's going to be a new family favorite in my house!

Three Cheese Rotini Bake
Serves 6
WW PP=10
Cal 413, Carbs 47.1, Fat 11.8, Fiber 5, Protein 29.8

1 lb. lean ground beef (I used 93/7)
2 tbsp. italian seasoning blend
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups marinara sauce of your choice (I love Barilla)
12 oz. rotini pasta (I used Ronzoni)
1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain and season with garlic powder and italian blend. Stir in the ricotta cheese and marinara.

Cook pasta just short of al dente. Drain and place in a baking dish. Pour meat sauce over pasta and top with shredded cheeses.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
