Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken

I'm obsessed with my crock pot lately. I find the best time to use it is when I'm having a busy week like I am now. This Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken is so so good. Serve it over rice or noodles and dinner is served!

Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken
Serves 4
Cal 205, Carbs 5.5g, Fat 7g, Protein 28.5g

16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups baby spinach
3/4 cup Philadelphia Italian Herb Cooking Cream
1 cup Italian style diced tomatoes
fresh parsley for topping, if desired.

Place chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Add in the cooking cream and top with diced tomatoes and spinach. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice. Enjoy!
