Apple Bacon Stuffed Pork Chops

First I need to start off by saying that these Stuffed Pork Chops were AMAZING. Flavorful and the combination of apple and bacon were incredible! It made the perfect Sunday dinner and they were pretty simple to make. If you are a fan of pork chops you need to make this recipe ASAP!

Apple Bacon Stuffed Pork Chops
Serves 4

4 thick boneless loin chops (mine were about 6 oz each)
2 cups stuffing
1 cup diced apples
8 slices center cut bacon, cooked crisp
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup water

Pre-Heat Oven to 375.

Meanwhile cut a pocket in each pork chop. Season each chop with salt, pepper, and thyme.

In a large bowl combine stuffing, water, apples, and bacon. Evenly divide mixture between the four chops and stuff each one with mixture.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 155.  Enjoy!
