Crunchy Baked Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Nothing like combining two of my absolute favorites (buffalo chicken and tacos) to create an incredible dinner! I've made Buffalo Chicken Tacos before but adding a layer of cheese and baking until bubbling created an extra layer of flavor! You have got to try them for yourself and see how delicious they are!

Crunchy Baked Buffalo Chicken Tacos
Makes 10 Tacos
WW PP=3 Per Taco
Cal 135, Carbs 8.5, Fat 6.3, Fiber 1, Protein 10

3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breasts
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (I love Franks)
1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar jack cheese
10 hard shell tacos
sliced green onions
crumbled blue cheese, optional

Pre-Heat oven to 375.

In a large bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, and wing sauce together.

In a 13x9 casserole dish spoon chicken mixture into hard shell tacos. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated though.

Garnish with green onion and blue cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
