Crock Pot Pesto Chicken Wraps

I just love pesto. It's really versatile and I use it in a lot of different recipes like these Crock Pot Pesto Chicken Wraps. They are so good and packed with flavor. A great healthy and delicious meal!

Crock Pot Pesto Chicken Wraps
Makes 4 Wraps
Cal 355, Carbs 27.2, Fat 16.2, Fiber 14, Protein 36

16 oz. boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
1/3 cup pesto sauce
1 can Italian diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups fresh baby spinach
4 large whole wheat wraps (I used La Tortilla Factory High Fiber Wraps)

Arrange chicken in bottom of crock pot. Pour pesto over chicken along with diced tomatoes. Cover and cook on low 4 hours. Break chicken into pieces.

To assemble wraps-evenly divide chicken into four servings. Spoon chicken onto tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/2 cup baby spinach. Roll up seam side down. Cut in half and enjoy!
