Creamy Tuscan Ravioli

This has got to be one of the easiest pasta recipes I have ever made. Great for a busy weeknight when you don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen!

Creamy Tuscan Ravioli
Serves 6
Cal 390, Carbs 47, Fat 9.2, Fiber 2, Protein 14

6 cups refrigerated ravioli (I used Buttoni mini ravioli)
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1.5 cups Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce (I used Classico)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsely for garnish

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile heat the sauce in a small saucepan over medium high heat add in garlic powder and chopped tomatoes. Let simmer for about 3 minutes. Spoon over hot cooked ravioli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pasta. Enjoy!
