One Pot Pasta

I'm tired. This cold I have been battling for the past week is really kicking my butt! I really didn't feel like cooking tonight or even blogging but since this was such an easy dish I just had to share! Only four ingredients and incredibly delicious!


TO THIS-In only Ten Minutes!

One Pot Pasta
Serves 6
WW PP=10
Cal 393, Carbs 44.3, Fat 17.5, Fiber 5, Protein 14.6

12 oz spaghetti (I used ronzoni smart taste)
12 oz. Italian three cheese smoked sausage, sliced 
1/2 cup sun dried tomato pesto (or any sauce of your choice)
2 garlic cloves

Add 4 cups water to a large pot over medium high heat, combine spaghetti, sausage, and garlic. Season water with about a tsp salt.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until pasta is coked through and liquid has reduced, about 10 minutes. Stir in pesto and enjoy!
