Jalapeno Pepper Jack Beef Tacos

It's Taco Tuesday in my kitchen and I have created a new favorite taco in my house. These Jalapeno Pepper Jack Tacos are filled with cheesy spicy goodness. Since both my husband and I love spicy foods, I knew this would be an instant it...and it was!

Jalapeno Pepper Jack Beef Tacos
Makes 10 Tacos
Cal 153, Carbs 8.0, Fat 6.7, Fiber 2, Protein 13.7

16 oz. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1.25 cups finely shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, divided
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
10 corn tortillas
remaining cheese, tomatoes, cilantro etc. for toppings

Brown beef in large pan over medium high heat. Once browned add in the taco seasoning and water. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Slowly sprinkle in half of the cheese and once melted stir in the sour cream. Spoon into tacos and top with remaining cheese and any other ingredients of your choice. Enjoy!
