BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Chopped Salad

I love a good chopped salad and this is a favorite of mine. You can't go wrong with BBQ Sauce, Bacon, and Ranch. Yum! It's simple to prepare and makes the perfect weeknight meal.

BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Chopped Salad
Serves 6
Cal 226, Carbs 14, Fat 9.6, Fiber 2, Protein 21.1

2 cups cooked and sliced chicken
1/3 cup crumbled bacon or bacon bits
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce (I used sweet baby rays)
1/4 cup reduced fat ranch dressing
1 cup reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup tortilla strip toppers (I used Archer Farms)
2 green onions, sliced
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
12 cups shredded lettuce

In a mixing bowl combine ranch dressing and bbq sauce.

Place lettuce in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and drizzle the BBQ Sauce/Ranch Mixture over the chicken. Toss and enjoy!

  1. Hi Bridget! I'm with you...........I love chopped salads. There are so many wonderful combinations. There really is no reason to get bored with salad. Barbeque sauce just makes everything taste so good and sweet.
