Ranch Chicken Club Pizza



For as long as I can remember Fridays were always pizza night, and to this day I carry on that tradition that I grew up with, and yes I realize it isn't Friday but I decided to mix it up this week and make Thursday pizza night. This Ranch Chicken Club Pizza is a fun change from the traditional and it is delicious! Enjoy all the components of a club sandwich on a pizza. Yum!


Ranch Chicken Club Pizza
Serves 2

Ingredients
1 packaged pizza crust (I like Boboli Wood Fire)
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 cup reduced fat ranch dressing, divided
1.5 cups shredded cheese (I used cheddar/jack)
1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups shredded lettuce


Pre-Heat oven to 400.

Spread 1/3 cup dressing onto crust. Top with cheese, chicken, and bacon.

Bake 10-12 min. or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomatoes and drizzle with remaining dressing. Cut into square and enjoy!

  1. Looks delish!! I love the fresh take on pizza. We do a chicken ranch, but I haven't added tomato and lettuce to it. Now I can't think why I didn't. It sounds great!

  2. Looks amazing! We make what we just call chicken/bacon/ranch pizza, which is basically the same, but no lettuce. The addition of lettuce makes it a complete meal all by itself.
