Crock Pot Queso Chicken Tacos

I've really been on a Tex-Mex Kick lately and I've also been loving the crock pot. If you love cheesy chicken with a touch of spice then you are going to love these tacos!

Crock Pot Queso Chicken Tacos
Makes 10 Tacos
WW PP=4 (Per Taco)
Cal 137, Carbs 11.2, Fat 5.6, Fiber 1, Protein 10.6

16 oz. boneless skinless chicken
1 tsp. taco seasoning
1 cup Salsa Con Queso (I used Archer Farms)
10 hard shell tacos
any additional toppings of your choice

Arrange chicken in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Remove lid and shred chicken. Pour in the Queso, cover, and continue cooking for another hour. Spoon into taco shells and add any other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
