Crock Pot Salsa Cream Cheese Tacos

This is one of my favorite taco recipes. It's easy to prepare and is a great meal for busy weeknights. Besides tacos this chicken makes a great filling for burritos and enchiladas.

Crock Pot Salsa Cream Cheese Chicken Tacos
Makes 12 Tacos

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
5 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup chunky salsa
1 Can Black Beans, Drained
1 Can Rotel
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper

Spray inside of your crock pot with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients except for cream cheese.

Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. During last hour of cooking time add your cream cheese. Shred chicken and assemble tacos. Enjoy!
