Crock Pot Sticky Pork Chops

I have a recipe for sticky wings that I used to make all the time back in the day and I've been craving them for a while now but I still haven't got around to making them and I don't have any chicken in the house. I do have pork chops so I decided to test out the recipe on the chops instead. I have no idea why I hadn't done this before. They were fantastic! My husband really enjoyed them as well and so did my picky toddler. If you are a fan of pork chops and are looking for a new way to prepare them then be sure to give this recipe a try!

Crock Pot Sticky Pork Chops
Serves 4
Cal 302, Carbs 42.7, Fat 5, Protein 23.7

4 boneless sirloin pork chops
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 chicken broth or water
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup apricot jam

Arrange pork chops in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with onion and chopped garlic. Add in the chicken broth.

In a small bowl whisk together the bbq sauce and apricot jam. Pour over pork chops. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. Serve over rice. Enjoy!

  1. Any suggestions for a substitute for apricot jam ? Would raspberry work? Looks delicious!

  2. Thanks! I do think raspberry would work, just make sure you get the seedless kind.

  3. Oh man these look fab!!! Finger licking good. Thanks again for sharing at Simple Supper Tuesday.
