Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread

The men in my house love Bananas. Like really really love them! I feel like I am constantly buying them so why not use some of those extra bananas to make chocolate chip banana nut bread. Of course if you don't do nuts (like me) this is just as tasty without. It was a hit with my family and my toddler is already asking me to make more!

Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread
Makes 10 slices
WW PP=8 per 1.5 inch slice

1 box Betty Crocker Banana Nut Muffin Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil (you can always sub applesauce if you want a skinny version)
1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Pre-Heat oven to 375

Lightly Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl mix together muffin mix, eggs, water, oil, and bananas. Once well blended stir in the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned on top.
Let cool one hour before slicing. Enjoy!
