I still can't believe it's Labor Day and that the summer is about over. I've been making this tasty dip for years and just recently started lightening it up. It's still just as good as the real thing and makes the perfect dip to bring to your next picnic or party!
Skinny Taco Dip
Serves 12
WW PP=1
Cal 57, Carbs 2.9g, Fat 3.3g, Fiber 1.1g, Protein 3.8g
Ingredients
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 cup reduced fat cheddar/jack cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup shredded lettuce
sliced jalapenos (optional)
In a mixing bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread on the bottom of a glass pie dish. Next add your salsa, shredded cheese, and lettuce. Top with chopped tomato and sliced jalapenos. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
