Chili's Copycat Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwiches

For as long as I can remember I've been ordering this sandwich every time I go to Chili's. I absolutely love it! I never ever get sick of it. I wanted to re-create this tasty sandwich at home. It was just as good (if not better) than the restaurant version.

Chili's Copycat Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwiches
Serves 4

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 slices thick cut bacon (I used 2 slices per sandwich)
4 slices Swiss Cheese
Ciabatta Rolls
1 cup reduced fat Honey Mustard (I used 4 tbsp. per sandwich)
Lettuce and Sliced Tomatoes

Grill chicken breasts until no longer pink. While the chicken breasts are cooking slice the ciabatta rolls and place them on the grill to toast.

To assemble sandwiches top each chicken breast with 4 tbsp. honey mustard. Add Swiss cheese and bacon and finish with lettuce and tomato.  Enjoy!

This recipe can also be found at this party.
