I've made many different types of spaghetti dishes but never with chicken. I was excited to make this recipe and it was really simple to prepare. It turned out great and was a hit with the family!
Cheesy Salsa Chicken Spaghetti
Serves 6
WW PP=7
Cal 284, Fat 5.1g, Carbs 34.5, Fiber 3g, Protein 22g
Ingredients
10 oz spaghetti broken in half (I used Barilla Whole Grain)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup salsa con queso (I used Archer Farms)
1 can chopped green chilies
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used reduced fat)
Cook spaghetti just shy of Al Dente. Drain and set aside. Spray a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except for the shredded cheese. Add to the casserole dish and top with the shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
