Skinny Cake Batter Popcorn

I love love love popcorn! For as long as I can remember it has always been my snack of choice. While browsing pinterest the other day I found this cake batter popcorn recipe that looked SO good! I love the sweet and salty combo. I really wanted to make it but since I'm dieting I decided to try and make a lighter version so that I could really enjoy it without busting my diet. The popcorn turned out great!

Skinny Cake Batter Popcorn
Adapted From Tasty Kitchen Blog
3 Points Plus Per Cup
104 Calories, 3.9 fat, 14.9 carbs, Fiber less than 1, Protein less than 1

1/2 cup melted white chocolate chips (I used Nestle)
1 tsp non fat milk
1/3 cup dry yellow cake mix (I used Pillsbury Yellow)
10 cups Popped Popcorn ( I used Jiffy 97 percent fat free white)
1/4 cup Sprinkles

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Stirring every 35 seconds or so until melted. Add the milk to the chocolate and stir until combined and smooth. Then add the cake mix to the white chocolate.
Pour the coating onto the popcorn and coat evenly. Pour the popcorn out onto cookie sheets to cool/harden. Sprinkle immediately with your choice of sprinkles. Enjoy!
