Crispy Cheesy Potatoes

These made a fantastic side dish and were really easy to prepare. I also love that they weren't as fattening like some other au gratin potatoes. This will be another dish that I will be making again soon. Yum!

Crispy Cheesy Potatoes

1 cup sour cream ( light sour cream will work too)
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick ( I used yukon gold)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Combine cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top forms a golden brown crust. Enjoy!
